Over the last year, there have been significant policy successes in Illinois: an incentive program has been established, Phius has been included in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and will soon be part of the state energy code. However, the ultimate aim is to get more residences, multi-family and commercial buildings meeting the Phius standard built and policy is only one step in the process. The discussion (and we will aim to make this an interactive discussion) will focus on how to translate policy into buildings.
