DESCRIPTION:Join us as we take a deep dive into the historic Chicago residential market and explore what it takes to transform an 1890s balloon framed residence into a fully compliant PHIUS+ 2018 certified home. This presentation will provide an in-depth introduction into successful passive house retrofit solutions\, as well as lessons learned\, coming first hand from the project’s PHIUS Certified Passive House Consultant\, Design Architect\, and Design MEP Engineer.
