Did you know that in August 2017, the City of Chicago adopted the Paris Agreement’s target of cutting carbon emissions by 26-28% by 2025? As of 2015, the city has reduced carbon emissions by 7%, and has recently begun implementing other strategies to help meet that target.

Summer is almost here and we're kicking it off with some building science fun. The evening starts with a mid-construction tour of the Tierra Linda PHIUS+ project, the first ever multi-family Passive House in Chicago. We're then heading up the street to mingle at the Eco Achievers' Annual Summer Solstice Party! It's a great eve to chat air barriers, thermal bridging, and more as we toast to the awesome Chicago high performance building community that we're so proud to be part of.
